Most Memorable Achievements in Rugby: Off the field - when I won the Blacktown Warriors under 19s player of the in 2008. On the field - when I have been the captain and  I put a hit on the opposition and it lifts my team`s spirits.

Most Embarrassing Moment in Rugby: When we played Norths in 2009 - 22m drop out and Nathan Lane kicked it down the field and I took off after it. Their number 8 picked the ball up and ran across field so I slid across to cover.  As he reached half way, he tried to step back in on my inside and I hit him so hard I hurt him but I ended up hurting my lower back and my ego. But I couldn`t come off because the game was on the line.(NEVER AGAIN)

Match Day Preparation: Eat, listen to music and  drink endo rush 30mins before the game.
